I just started this blog after finishing the drawings for my first book: the children's yoga book "CAN YOU DO STAR POSE?" The story line is narrated by Susan Cline-Lucey, Yoga teacher at Evolution Yoga in Burlington VT. I HAD to start sketch all the kids in the age group of my own daughter that had attended her Yoga classes. They were so animated and I love trying to catch the essence of their free moves !
The idea of "CAN YOU DO STAR POSE?" is to engage through my drawing style. The text takes you through a well structured yoga class and this book can be used in class rooms as well as being an affirmation in your kids everyday life that yoga is an integrated part of it.
